Soriano Lists Chicago Home For $2.9 Million
(CBS) A little over six weeks after he was dealt to the Yankees, former Cub Alfonso Soriano has listed his three-bedroom, 3,828-square-foot penthouse condominium unit in River North for $2.95 million.
Soriano purchased the home for $2.65 million in December of 2006.
The 44th-floor condo unit features 3-1/2 baths, a master suite and two additional en-suite bedrooms, two large his-and-hers walk-in closets, a marble entryway, a kitchen with a granite island, a fireplace, a 150-square-foot private terrace, a built-in surround system, a wine cellar and views to the east, south and west.
Soriano signed an eight-year, $136 million deal with the Cubs in 2006.
