Sketch Released Of Teen Who Robbed Woman In Schaumburg
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (STMW) -- Police released a sketch of one of two teenage boys accused of stealing a gold chain from a woman walking into her northwest suburban Schaumburg home.
Two teenagers approached a woman near the entrance of a condominium building in the 300 block of South Roselle Road in Schaumburg about 8:35 p.m. Monday and stole the gold chain from off her neck, according to a Schaumburg police release.
The woman was not injured, police said.
The teens, who did not display weapons, fled on foot and are not in custody Tuesday afternoon, according to police.
The suspects are described as 15- to 16-year-old black boys about 6-feet tall with thin builds, police said.
