Suburban residents sometimes travel to the inner city to buy drugs, but Naperville police said a young Chicago brother and sister traveled to the suburbs to sell heroin to customers.
Jermaine Moore, 19, is charged with delivery of a controlled substance. He is being held at the DuPage County jail. His sister, Kymtika Moore, 21, bonded out of jail and is charged with possession. Police said she chauffeured her brother many times to meet up with buyers.
When the duo was arrested Thursday at a parking lot near Route 59 and McDowell Road on Naperville's north side, police said the siblings had $4,000 worth of heroin with them. The arrests conclude a month-long investigation into heroin sales in and around Naperville.
