CHICAGO (STMW) - A man died after being shot seriously injured Saturday afternoon in a possibly gang-related attack in the Kenwood neighborhood on the South Side.
At 1:13 p.m. someone shot the 20-year-old man in the 4700 block of South Woodlawn Avenue, according to police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala.

The victim was identified as Tony McCoy, 20, of the 1100 block of East 47th Street, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Police said that area has been fraught with gang conflicts for the last three or four months, and there is a threat of retaliation after Saturday's attack.
