Discount Grocery Store To Take Over Last Dominick's Vacancy In Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS)--The City of Chicago has sealed the deal on the last vacant Dominick's store, at 71st and Jeffery in the Jeffrey Plaza Shopping Center on Chicago's South Side.
"Shop and Save" will move in after reaching a $10 million tax increment financing (TIF) agreement with the city.
The parent company of Dominick's, "Safeway," closed all the Chicago area stores in 2013.
