Stretch Of Southbound Bishop Ford Freeway Shut Down After Shooting Near 159th Street
SOUTH HOLLAND, Ill. (CBS) -- The southbound Bishop Ford Freeway was shut down late Wednesday because of a shooting near 159th Street.
Illinois State Police closed lanes starting at 147th Street. The ramps from 147th Street and Michigan Avenue to the Bishop Ford (I-94) were also closed.
One person was rushed to the hospital from the scene of the shooting with non-life-threatening injuries.
