Shaq On Twitter: 'I'm About to Retire'
CHICAGO (CBS) Shaquille O'Neal announced on Twitter Wednesday that he is "about to retire".
The tweet said "im retiring" and included a link to a short video where he simply told his fans: "We did it. 19 years, baby. Thank you very much. That's why I'm telling you first: I'm about to retire. Love you. Talk to you soon."
The title above the video said "Shaq ooout."
O'Neal retires after 19 seasons in the NBA with the Magic, Lakers, Heat, Suns, Cavaliers and Celtics.
