Several Vehicles In Accident In Gurnee

CHICAGO (CBS) -- At least 14 people were injured in a major accident Friday morning on the Tri-State Tollway near Great America in Gurnee.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-94 near Route 21 (Milwaukee Avenue). Illinois State Police said a semi-trailer truck, two SUVs, and two cars were involved.
The semi and at least one of the cars ended up on their sides.
Six ambulances responded to the crash. Fourteen people were hurt, two of them critically.
None of the injuries was life-threatening, police said.
Two right lanes were closed due to the crash.
