Send Valentine's Day Cards To Residents At Oak Lawn Memory Care Community

CHICAGO (CBS)-- This Valentine's Day, send a card to a resident at an Oak Lawn memory care community.

You can send cards to the seniors at Grace Point Place to 5701 W. 101^st St., Oak Lawn, IL, 60453. The project is being showcased on the community's Facebook page.

In turn the residents are creating cards for a local fire station. Their Valentine's Day cards that will be delivered to the Oak Lawn Fire Department to show their appreciation of the first responders' hard work.
