Semi driver escapes fiery crash on tri-state tollway at Halsted
CHICAGO (CBS) – It was a close call for a semi driver Monday morning on the tri-state tollway at Halsted.
An Illinois Tollway camera caught the fiery scene. State police said the driver lost control of his truck and hit a concrete barrier.
The rig caught fire, but the driver got out and was not hurt.
