Schuster: Rose Guarantees Intensity In Game 2
By David Schuster--
CHICAGO (WSCR) Derrick Rose said the Bulls had both a "great" and "professional" practice on Tuesday. That bodes well because for the most part, because when the Bulls practice well they usually follow it up well in their next game.
That next game is Wednesday night when they again host Miami in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Rose said he doesn't know what to expect from the Heat. He believes they will change certain things on both ends of the court and the Bulls will have to be ready for anything. Rose said the best approach is just to come with intensity and he guaranteed the Bulls would have it.
Kyle Korver said the Heat will attack like a wounded animal. He has seen enough of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade over the years to know you don't shut them down two games in a row.
And Taj Gibson further echoed the thoughts of his teammates, saying he expects the best that Miami has to offer on Wednesday night. Gibson also said he had to turn off his cell phone after fielding "too many" calls after his pair of monstrous dunks in Game 1. He said, if given the chance, he will dunk over Wade again as he did back on Sunday night.
