Schuster: Rose, Bulls Haven't Played Their Best Game Yet
By David Schuster--
ATLANTA (WSCR) The Chicago Bulls had their game faces on Friday morning at their shootaround in Atlanta. After Game 2 former Bull and current member of the Hawks, Jamal Crawford said "we took their best shot and feel we're in a good spot."
On Friday, Derrick Rose was asked to respond to Crawford's comments.
"That's his opinion," Rose said. "And we don't feel at all like we've played our best game in this series."
Rose went on to say that his sprained left ankle is feeling much better and that he has yet to get into his normal rhythm in this series. However, he feels he's close, and could get into that rhythm on Friday night.
Carlos Boozer also spoke to the media and, like Rose, says his injury is getting better. He admitted that his injured toe is not 100%, but is getting stronger on a daily basis.
Boozer also said that he's not paying attention to the criticism that has been thrown at him, rather he's just concentrating on helping his team win.
