Schuster: Carlos Boozer Strikes Back
Carlos Boozer was clearly perturbed when I asked him about the reports out of the NY Daily News that the Bulls were checking into his story about how his hand was broken.
Boozer, one week removed from his surgery, called the writer a "horrible reporter" who did not check his facts and said the Bulls have told him they are not following up on anything. Boozer called the whole story a complete fabrication.
It was just over two weeks ago that Boozer broke his hand tripping over a gym bag while running to get the door. The injury will keep him out of action until likely late November. Boozer was disgusted with the latest twist to this story calling the Daily News report "disgusting and totally untrue". He also indicated legal action could follow.
