Schuster: Bulls Win A Laugher

If only the Bulls could bottle what they had Tuesday night. Or better yet, if only they could play the 76ers every night. Either way it was a rout of monumental proportions as the Bulls crushed Philadelphia, 121-76. The 45 point victory margin wasn't the largest in franchise history but it was close.
The 76ers scored the first 2 points and then the avalanche began. The Bulls led by 14 after one quarter, 18 at the half, 38 after the 3rd and up by as much as 51 in the 4th. The largest win in team history was 56 points and that's about the only thing the Bulls didn't accomplish on this night.
Derrick Rose had 22 points and 12 assists in just 29 minutes while Carlos Boozer had a double double of 16 points and 11 rebounds. And also making a big contribution was veteran Kurt Thomas who had 12 points, 8 boards and 5 blocks.
The Bulls have won 8 of their last 9 games and now hit the road for 3 straight, at NY, Washington and Detroit before coming home next Tuesday to face Milwaukee.
