Schuster: Boozer Back, Gibson A Game-Time Decision
By David Schuster--
All hands should be on deck for the Bulls tonight as they play host to the Sacramento Kings. The only question mark is forward Taj Gibson who will be a game time decision with a sore toe. That means that Carlos Boozer is back after missing the last 5 games with his sprained left ankle. Boozer says he's not completely 100%, but good enough to hopefully help the team down the stretch.
Luol Deng did practice earlier today after taking a couple of days off to recuperate a thigh bruise. And Derrick Rose will play in spite of missing shoot around this morning for personal reasons. Last week Rose said he was starting to slightly wear down but his coach Tom Thibodeau says he's not worried about Rose and will find him needed rest where he can. That's one of many reasons why the Bulls added two players to their roster yesterday in Jannero Pargo and John Lucas III.
The Bulls defeated Sacramento earlier this season and this will be the first time the Kings are back at the United center since they staged a 2nd half 35 point comeback last season. Rose says he still smarts from that defeat and plans on using it as motivation this evening.
