School Board Expected To Confirm Brizard Without Contract
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago Public School Board is expected to confirm Mayor Emanuel's choice to lead the school system on Wednesday, despite the fact that details of his contract have not been finalized.
A spokeswoman for Chicago Public Schools says the pay package for Jean-Claude Brizard is weeks away from completion
Brizard is working without pay until his salary and compensation details are worked out, now predicted to be June.
He earned $248,500 as schools chief for Rochester, New York.
