Schanowski: Don't Expect Bulls To Rest Rose
(WSCR) Back spasms and toe sprains aside, don't expect Tom Thibodeau to sit Derrick Rose if he's healthy enough to play.
"I don't think that's the way Thibodeau's wired," Mark Schanowski of Comcast Sportsnet told The McNeil and Spiegel Show. "He always wants to have his best possible lineup out there. He always wants to win every possession. I don't think he's going to be the guy to pull Derrick aside and say, 'Listen, you're 23, you've got a long career. We need you healthy for the playoffs.'

"Derrick is just so competitive. I don't think that's going to be an argument that flies. It's probably similar to the Bulls trying to sit (Michael) Jordan after he broke his foot. He said, 'I'm playing. Forget about it.'"
