Safety Craig Steltz Out In Latest Bears Roster Change
(CBS) – The Chicago Bears have terminated the contract of safety Craig Steltz, the team announced Monday.
Steltz appeared in 77 games with eight starts over six seasons (2008-13) with Chicago, notching 97 tackles (64 solo), one interception, two pass break-ups, one sack, three forced fumbles and three tackles for losses.
Chicago's roster is now down to 77 active players. It needs to be at 75 players by Tuesday at 3 p.m.
