At a popular bar on Division street, the place was filled with that holiday red that we're all so familiar with.
"I am wearing a speedo," Tom Letter said.
Letter was wearing only a red speedo, and a Santa's hat of course. He joined more than one hundred others who ran on Rush street to Michigan Avenue, half naked, in the cold and snow on behalf of the Chicago Diabetes Project. "The whole point is to have fun and get people involved. We just want people involved. That's all we want," Nicole Stapleton said.
Stapleton, a diabetic herself, said the second annual event is expected to raise more than $5,000.
