Rose 'Has Not Played To His Level'
CHICAGO (WSCR) Derrick Rose was named the youngest MVP in league history after averaging 25 points per game in the regular season. He's further proved he deserves the award by averaging 27.6 points per game in the postseason.
The Chicago Bulls have relied heavily on Rose's scoring to get them to this point. So after two sub-par performacnes (21 points in Game 2 and 20 points in Game 3) by their best player, the Bulls find themselves in a 2-1 hole.
"It's really puzzling," Mark Schanowski, of Comcast SportsNet, said on the Danny Mac Show. "He didn't look like the same guy we saw all throughout the regular season and the first two rounds of the playoffs. He doesn't seem as aggressive and the double teams just seem to confuse him more than they have in previous rounds.

"Obviously Miami has superior athletes than what he saw from Atlanta and Indiana, but that shouldn't be as big of a difference as it has been in this series. The thing that's really troubling me in that there were opportunities in transition, where Derrick had a chance to finish, and he would make the wrong decision. You know, classic three-on-two situations where he would dribble into the defender and make the shot harder than it was rather than trying to finish strong at the rim or dropping it back to a trailer.
"I don't know if he's getting frustrated becuase he's not getting the whistle when he goes to the rim, but he has not played to his level the last two games."
