Rose Earns All-NBA First Team Honors
CHICAGO (CBS) Just over a week ago, Derrick Rose was named the youngest Most Valuable Player in the history for the NBA. On Thursday, the league announced that he has also been named to the All-NBA First Team.
Rose is joined on the First Team by LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Dwight Howard and Kobe Bryant.
James was the only player unanimously voted on to the First Team, receiving all 119 first-place votes. Rose and Howard received the second-most votes, getting 118 each.
Rose was the only Bulls player to be named to one of the three All-NBA teams, although Joakim Noah and Luol Deng received votes.
