Richard Hamilton Suffers Another Injury
(CBS) So much for the Bulls staying healthy.
After four games of finally being fully healthy, C.J. Watson sat out Monday night's contest against the Pacers with a sprained left ankle and Richard Hamilton suffered a right shoulder injury in the just the second minute of the game.
Hamilton has played in just 17 games this season, but was on a streak of four games played in a row before suffering another injury Monday night when he ran into a Roy Hibbert screen.
"At first, I thought it might be a stinger," head coach Tom Thibodeau said. "But that wasn't the case."
That's not exactly a confident diagnosis by the head coach, who also said Hamilton would be examined Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Watson's ankle injury doesn't seem as serious. He hurt the ankle in Sunday's win in Philadelphia, but played through it. He sat out Monday's game because of swelling.
