Report: Porn Surfing Documented On Will County Judge's Computer Account
JOLIET, Ill. (CBS) -- A Will County judge may have explaining to do regarding the use of county computers.
As WBBM Newsradio's Bob Conway reports, the Chicago Sun-Times has obtained documents indicating that someone – although not necessarily Associate Judge Joseph Polito himself, used the judge's login and password to try to access pornographic Web sites dozens of times.

Polito will not say if it he or someone else who accessed the sites, but Will County Chief Judge Gerald R. Kinney has apologized for any "embarrassment" brought on by the incident and has referred the case to the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board.
Polito's county computer account was used to access 243 porn Web sites, the Sun-Times reported. Among them were chubbyparade.com, hugeheavybreasts.com, bigbras-club.com, portofdebauchery.com and teenagesextape.com, the newspaper reported.
The Sun-Times report says many of the Web sites have URLs that are "cannot be reprinted in a family newspaper," and "suggest an interest in masturbation and large-breasted women" as well as "specialty interests including office sex and older women."
The Sun-Times says there is no definitive evidence that the judge was the person using the account.
The paper says Judge Kinney at first refused to hand over the records documenting porn surfing on Polito's account, but did so after the Illinois Attorney General's office ruled the information was in no way relevant to the judge's activities on the bench.
Polito, who is currently hearing divorce cases in Will County, declined to issue a comment to the Sun-Times.
