Report: Plesac Interested In Cubs' TV Gig
(WSCR) With former Cubs TV color analyst Bob Brenly off to Arizona, the search for his replacement is in full force.
One of the names reportedly interested in the position is former Cubs pitcher Dan Plesac.
According to a report, the Cubs are well aware of Plesac's interest, though the former pitcher is in the first year of a multi-year deal with MLB Network.
Plesac, who is currently covering the World Series for the network, would not discuss the level of his interest, only saying the possibility of returning "home" was intriguing.
