Report: Nets Working To Acquire Dwight Howard
(WSCR) The 2012 season may bring an entirely new look for the Brooklyn Nets.
With a new team name and new arena in place, the Nets are reportedly targeting Orlando's Dwight Howard.
Though Howard signed a contract during the 2011 season to remain with the Magic in 2012, the disgruntled center has reportedly asked again to be traded.
Reports are already circulating that the Nets are working on a deal to acquire Joe Johnson from the Hawks, while trying to hold onto free-agent point guard Deron Williams.
