Report: McQueary Will Coach Saturday, No Plans For Dismissal
(WSCR) According to a report from The Morning Call, the Penn State Board of Trustees have asked the university's head football coach to keep Mike McQueary off the field during Saturday's game against Nebraska.
McQueary is the assistant coach at the center of a child sex scandal, who told the grand jury that he saw a boy about 10 years of age being sexually molested by Jerry Sandusky.
The decision has been made out of concern for McQueary's safety.
The Morning Call sites a trustee who admitted the Board has no plans of to fire McQueary or ask him to step down from his current position.
