Report: Manning Picks Broncos
(CBS) The Peyton Manning saga finally reached its conclusion Monday morning.
According to a report from CBS Denver, the four-time MVP has decided to join the Denver Broncos.
The report indicates the Broncos will pay Manning over $90 million with roughly half of that in guaranteed money.
The Colts drafted Manning with No. 1 overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft. He won four MVPs and a Super Bowl in 2007 during his tenure in Indianapolis, though he sat out the entire 2011 season with a neck injury.
The fate of current Bronco quarterback Tim Tebow is still uncertain.
