Four Killed, Including Two Kids, In Rockford Shooting
(CBS) -- A shooting in Rockford has left four people dead, including two young boys, Saturday evening.
Rockford Police arrived at a home in the 3200 block of Montrose Avenue after being called to the home at around 11:20 p.m. Police say a neighbor heard someone pounding on the door of the home, followed by the sound of the door being forced open and then gunshots.
According to Rockford Police, the victims are Demontae Rhodes, 24, Martia Flint, 24, and her two sons, Tyrone Smith III, 6, and Tobias Smith, 4.
