Report: Drew Rosenhaus Offered Cash To Bryant Advisor
(WSCR) NFL super-agent Drew Rosenhaus offered Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant's advisor cash and a flight on his private jet to Miami in 2009 in a prohibited effort to sign the wide receiver, according to text messages obtained by Yahoo! Sports.
David Wells, a personal advisor for Bryant, told Yahoo! Sports that Rosenhaus had initially offered him $10,000. When Wells didn't respond to Rosenhaus' offer, the agent reportedly increased the cash offer.
According to Wells, Rosenhaus started contacting him around Thanksgiving 2009 in an attempt to sign the former Oklahoma State Cowboy as a client.
