Report: Bulls Have Made Better Offer For Kevin Love Than Celtics
(CBS) The Kevin Love saga has already been full of twists and turns and endless rumors, and today comes a new one.
While the Timberwolves haven't received an offer up to their standards, the Bulls have thus far outbid the Celtics, one of the main suitors, according to ESPNBostom.com's Jackie MacMullan.

The Timberwolves privately maintain they already have fielded better offers from other teams, among them the Chicago Bulls, who can offer draft picks and some combination of Jimmy Butler and Taj Gibson along with Carlos Boozer, whose bloated $16.8 million contract expires next summer and represents the kind of cap space rebuilding teams crave.
If you are Kevin Love and can choose to join a team with top dogs Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah or (Rajon) Rondo and Jeff Green, which way are you leaning?

MacMullan didn't mention it, but Chicago also could theoretically send Minnesota the rights to Spanish League star Nikola Mirotic, assuming he decides now would be the time to come to the NBA. The Bulls also hold the rights to a top-10 protected pick from the Kings' first-round pick between 2015 and 2017.
There is also reportedly friction between the ownership/managements groups of the Timberwolves and Celtics, dating back to the Kevin Garnett trade, which could cause Minnesota owner Glen Taylor to look elsewhere if offers similarly valuable.
However, the likes of Golden State, Houston, Phoenix and the L.A. Lakers have expressed interest as well, so there figures to be enough demand for Minnesota to drive the price up.
