Report: Blue Jays Still Interested In Gavin Floyd
(CBS) The Toronto Blue Jays' interest in White Sox right-hander Gavin Floyd had appeared to diminish recently, but according to a FOXSports.com report, the two teams have had dialogue since the beginning of spring training.
The Blue Jays are looking for another starter before the season and have been a frequent trade partner with the White Sox in the last year. The two teams have pulled off three trades, with Mark Teahan, Sergio Santos and Jason Frasor all ending up with the Blue Jays. Frasor was originally shipped from Toronto to Chicago in the Teahen deal, which also included Edwin Jackson.
