Ramirez's Father To Throw First Pitch At White Sox Game
(CBS) White Sox shortstop Alexei Ramirez's father, Armando Ramirez, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch during Wednesday's game against the Rangers.
The Tribune reported Armando Ramirez and his wife arrived in the United States from Cuba roughly two weeks ago, and Tuesday night marked the first time he had watched Alexei play in person for the White Sox.
Alexei Ramirez left Cuba in the fall of 2007.
