Rahm Emanuel On His Bid For Mayor
CHICAGO (CBS) -- With less than a week until Election Day, we wanted to hear from the candidates for mayor in person. So we've invited the four frontrunners to sit down for interviews on issues important to the campaign.
Former Congressman and White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel spoke to CBS 2 Chief Correspondent Jay Levine on Wednesday in the third of a series of four interviews with the top candidates. He talked about privatization of city assets, investing in mass transit and other infrastructure and reforming city government.
Levine also took a behind-the-scenes look at Emanuel's campaign.
Former Chicago Board of Education President Gery Chico will join the CBS 2 News at 6 p.m. on Friday.
