Quigley Raises Concerns About Libya Campaign
CHICAGO (CBS) -- U.S. Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) is raising concerns about the United States involvement in a bombing campaign in Libya.
As WBBM Newsradio 780's Bernie Tafoya reports, Quigley applauds President Barack Obama for not going it alone in Libya, and instead for having allies in an attempt to enforce a No-Fly Zone over the country.

But Quigley is concerned because, he says, you just can't dip your toe militarily into the water in Libya.
"Once you engage in something which is an act of war – and that's exactly what's taking place, it's very hard to put out," he said. "We have to be very, very careful."
With bombing underway, Quigley wonders how the scenario will change, and how deeply the United States will become in Libya.
Quigley is also concerned about cost. He says the U.S. cannot even afford wars that have already been going on in Iraq and Afghanistan.
