Quenneville Not At Blackhawks' Practice
The Chicago Blackhawks beat the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday night without head coach Joel Quenneville. On Thursday, they had to practice without their coach.
According to Chris Kuc, of the Chicago Tribune, Quenneville wasn't at a Blackhawks practice that was also minus Duncan Keith, Marian Hossa and Fernando Pisani.
Quenneville was admitted to the emergency room Wednesday morning and according to a report suffered internal bleeding, but remains in "great spirits."
The Blackhawks will play the Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday night before taking on the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday afternoon, both games will be at the United Center.
Sunday's game will be the NBC Game of the Week and will matchup the Stanley Cup winners from the last two seasons.
