Public Invited To Mayoral Inauguration

"Everyone is, again, encouraged to come to Pritzker Pavilion at 8 a.m. You don't need a ticket. Come with a blanket and lay on the grass," Kelly said.
Kelly says large screens should make it easier for those on the lawn to see what's happening on stage. Longtime friend Rick Jasculca has an idea what Chicago is getting.
