(WSCR) As a result of the sanctions levied against Penn State, junior running back Silas Redd will transfer to USC.
Redd, who is regarded by many as Penn State's best player, informed the team of his decision Tuesday afternoon, despite the campus' 'Rise and Rally' this morning, reports indicate.
