Pryor Apologizes, But Doesn't Give Specifics
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- After leaving Ohio State amidst scandal and probable NCAA sanctions, Terrelle Pryor apologized on Tuesday, saying he's "sorry for my conduct off the field."
Speaking out for the first time since his college career came to a dramatic end, Pryor and agent Drew Rosenhaus appeared at a news conference Tuesday. Neither took questions, and after each gave a statement, Rosenhaus stood up and told Pryor they were leaving. While Pryor acknowledged mistakes, he did not say what they specifically were.
Pryor left school after already being suspended by Ohio State and the NCAA for the first five games of the 2011 season for accepting improper benefits in the form of cash and discounted tattoos from a Columbus tattoo-parlor owner.
