PowerBall Rolls Over, Jackpot Grows To $56M
CHICAGO (STMW) - Nobody hit the jackpot in Saturday's multi-state PowerBall drawing, but a ticket sold in Riverwoods is worth $200,000.
The winning numbers for Saturday's PowerBall drawing were 21 -- 31 -- 44 -- 45 -- 55 and the PowerBall number is 7, according to the Illinois Lottery's website. The Power Play number is 5.
The estimated grand prize for Saturday's drawing was $43 million.
Nobody matched all five numbers and the Power Ball, but a ticket sold in Riverwoods matched all five numbers and the owner will win $200,000, according to the website. The ticket was sold at 2201 Deerfield Rd. in Riverwoods.
The estimated grand prize for Wednesday's drawing is $56 million.
