Police: Woman Sexually Assaulted Last Month On North Side
(CBS) -- Chicago police have issued an alert after a woman was sexually assaulted last month on the North Side.
Police say that a 24-year-old woman was walking on the 900 block of N. Francisco at 11:15 a.m. on Feb. 17 when a man approached her from behind.
The offender, described as a white Hispanic, robbed her then sexually assaulted her, police said.
Police say the suspect is 5'05" to 5'09" tall, 165 to 185 lbs with hazel eyes, light complexion and has short hair with a short pony tail. He has a small birth mark on his right cheek wans was wearing a black knit cap with a black puffy coat and dark pants.
