Police: One Dead, One Seriously Hurt In West Pullman Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- One man was killed and another seriously hurt in a shooting in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side Wednesday night, police said.
They were shot just before 8:30 p.m. near 120th Street and Normal Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.
A 37-year-old man was dead at the scene, while a 19-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to police and fire officials.
Area South detectives are investigating.
