Police: Missing Boy, 16, May Be Suicidal
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old boy, who is off his medication and may be suicidal.
Roman Butler was last in contact with family on June 30, according to an alert from Grand Central Area detectives.
He was reported missing from the 1700 block of North LeClaire Avenue in the North Austin neighborhood, and may be in the area of Stevenson Park, along Lake Street near Lombard Avenue in Oak Park, police said.
Butler is African-American, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 130 pounds with brown eyes and a medium complexion. Police say he is depressed and has been off his medications for several weeks.
