Police: Man Found On Side Of Road In DuPage County Is Homicide
(STMW) -- The DuPage County sheriff's office has opened a homicide investigation after a man was found unresponsive on the side of a road on Friday night, a statement from the sheriff's office said.
The man, 27, was found around 11:00 p.m at the intersection of Highlake and DuPage avenues in unincorporated West Chicago, the statement said.
He was taken to Central DuPage Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said. They did not provide any information as to his cause of death.
The sheriff's office believes the man was targeted and asks anyone with information to contact them at (630) 407-2400.
