Police: Man Found Murdered In Apartment

CHICAGO (CBS) - Police found a man fatally shot over the weekend inside a Grand Crossing neighborhood apartment.
Police found the 20-year-old man about 3:40 p.m. Sunday inside an apartment in the 7900 block of South Greenwood Avenue, said police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala, citing preliminary information.
The man was shot in the head and arm, police said.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office identified the man as Deshawn Davis. He was pronounced dead on the scene at 3:25 p.m.
Calumet Area police detectives are investigating, but nobody was in custody early Monday.
