Police: Man, 90, Found Dead At Bottom Of Garbage Chute
(CBS) -- Chicago Police are investigating the death of an elderly man on the Northwest Side who may have fallen down a trash chute.
Police say the man's body was found at the bottom of a garbage chute in the apartment building where he lived.
The medical examiner has identified the victim as 90-year-old Rocco Sette.
The building is called Belmont Place, which bills itself as "affordable luxury senior living." It's in the 4600 block of West Belmont.
There are reports that the man lived on the sixth floor of the building.
An autopsy will be performed Tuesday.
