Police: Male Killed In Logan Square Hit-And-Run
CHICAGO (STMW) - A car struck and killed a male in a Logan Square hit-and-run Wednesday night on the Northwest Side, police said.
A black car struck a male about 6:50 p.m. in the 2700 block of North Kedzie Avenue, said police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala, citing preliminary information.
The person was dead on the scene, police said. His age was not immediately available and the Cook County Medical Examiner's office has not been notified of the death as of 8 p.m.
The car did not stop and police are still looking for the car and the driver, police said.
The police Major Accident Investigation Unit is on the scene.
