WAUKEGAN, Ill. (STMW) -- Police have issued a warrant Friday for a Waukegan man accused of fatally shooting a man at a north suburban Burger King.
Police issued a $2 million, two-count first-degree murder warrant for Edson Silva, 27, of the 1300 block of Ridgeland Avenue, according to a release.

Police recovered a van Friday that was seen fleeing from the scene of the fatal shooting.
Waukegan police were called to the restaurant at 3140 Belvidere Rd. in Waukegan about 6 p.m. Thursday after an altercation and shooting in the restaurant parking lot. Shawntrell Hayes, 29, was fatally wounded in the shooting, police said.
Officers were canvassing businesses in the area for videotape.
