Police were called to the scene around 2:18 a.m. and found the body lying on the ground near a parking lot.

Police said there were no visible signs of trauma, and the body was transported to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office to determine a cause of death.

Anybody with information is asked to call police investigators at 847 318-5252.

This is the second suspicious death investigation in a week. On Feb. 2, the body of a man was discovered in a wooded area along Riverside Drive/Algonquin Road north of Oakton Street. The Medical Examiner's officer ruled the 45-year-old man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
