Police say Gray, of the 200 block of Peppertree Lane in Aurora, was driving drunk around 3:15 a.m. Sunday, and was texting his brother.

He told police when he looked up from his phone, it was too late. He drove right into a building in the 3000 block of Weber Drive, near Oakhurst Drive.

Gray was cited with driving under the influence, texting while driving, and failure to reduce speed.
