Police: 2 Men Robbed, Tried To Rape Juveniles In Villa Park
VILLA PARK, Ill. (CBS) -- Police in west suburban Villa park have issued a community alert after two men allegedly robbed two juveniles and tried to sexually assault them as the victims were walking home from McDonald's.
The attack happened shortly after 7 p.m. near Summit and Maple Avenues, according to police.
The first suspect was described as a heavy-set Hispanic male, between 30 and 40 years old, with a teardrop tattoo under his left eye and a tattoo on his right ring finger. He was wearing a dark knit cap and no shirt.
The second suspect was described as a black male between the ages of 30 and 40. he also was wearing a dark colored knit cap.
Police did not provide any further information about the attack, which was under investigation Thursday afternoon.
